It went well as it always does. We purchased our 2004 Rendezvous from Benchley Brothers in 2007. It was a lease vehicle that Jim Benchley found on-line in the Traverse City area. They have been taking care of it since then. We've purchased other vehicles from them and I always have them do any needed repair work. They are very thorough and honest even when just performing an oil change. I never feel pressured when buying a car from them or getting work done. They are good listeners and are patient as I ask questions about the purchase of a new vehicle or repairs that need to be done.
