One Time Interior House Cleaning
Scam artists! I should have known better when Lynn only would accept cash payment. 500.00 was the rate for a top down cleaning of a empty home I just bought in St Clair. When she arrived with a garage door code to get in where I left the cash payment for her she called and said the windows would be an additional 100. Upon a surprise visit to the home I found Lynn in the home with nothing completed (she claimed she had been there for 6 hours) Floors were filthy, nothing had been dusted, her vacuum was not picking anything up...just moving debris around. Every room I inspected looked as though nothing had been done. When I asked Lynn about what she had done, she clearly lied about what she had completed. I asked her to go back and finish what she had started and still she could not seem to do basic cleaning...like using a broom before you mop and water to clean a shower or having a vacuum in operable condition. I asked her to leave after seeing the lack of quality in work and I would pay her 200.00 for essentially making a mess. She attempted to negotiate with me while calling he "business partner" Paul. She continued to tell me that windows were a charge of 15.00 each and to clean the oven was an additional 150.00! Short of calling the police and demanding all of my money back she finally packed up and left 200 richer for doing absolutely nothing. I can only assume she is in the scamming business and that the few reviews above a fake, not to mention the awful spelling, likely left by herself, Paul and her son. Take your money elsewhere and be sure to properly vet your choices because HomeAdvisor clearly does not.

"This customer was very threatening and didn't want to pay for any of the work I had done already. He gave me 500.00 cash and I gave him back 300.00 and kept 200.00 because that is all he wanted to pay for everything that was done . All this customer did was yell and scream at my son and I and claimed nothing was done . It took me most of the day to clean all windows in the house there were 28 windows and I had to take a razor blade over the windows to get the paint off of them . And he was also yelling at his wife . I had a agreement with his wife and not him he wanted more stuff done and I explained to him his wife never said anything about the other things that he wanted done and I would recommend to anyone in the Home Adviser community not to do any business with this person because he wants stuff done for little or no money and this was a huge house in St Clair This home was a not your average cleaning it was move in move out which is more money and more involved than a normal cleaning this home was a move in move out job which is more money Update Your Comments to This Review"
