The sod was installed the first week of June and the work was finished in a day. They did a great job installing it and cleaned up nicely after they were finished. They set my sprinklers to water 2x a day for 15 minutes each zone. I followed their instructions for maintaining the lawn and after about 4 weeks I noticed some spots were starting to turn Brown. I, initially didnâ t think anything of it and kept up as I was told. After 6 weeks the brown spots had grown so I called to see if someone could come out and check it. I was told â we donâ t do thatâ by the lady I spoke to. She then asked me to email pics of the spots, so I did. She responded saying that it looked like I wasnâ t watering it enough. I told her that itâ s been raining 2x a week and Iâ ve also had the sprinklers running every morning. She then said â it looks like Iâ ve been cutting it too short. Donâ t know how she could tell that from a pic, but my mower was on the highest setting. Also, the upper half of the lawn was perfectly green and growing well so if it was something I was doing wrong you would think it would affect the entire lawn, not just half. Either way they were NOT going to send anyone out to check to see what the problem could be regardless. I also told her that this was the issue I had with the old lawn. The lower half would not grow but the upper half did. I wasn't looking for any freebies, itâ s just after spending $2k on a lawn I wanted to figure out what the problem was. I guess when the jobs done and the check clears they could care less what happens.

Great crew, very informative, completed front and back in less than 4 hours!!! Grass looks great even today after the October install!!

We moved into our brand new home 2 weeks ago and know nothing about laying sod or getting grass to grow... I made the call to Curtis sod and was able to have a beautiful lawn the next week. I will definitely recommend them to our friends and family and thank you for such a great job!!!

My next door neighbors in the left and right hired Curtis to put soil and sods. Curtis just dumped the soil in the main road in front of my house without asking anything. Putting an irrelevant neighbor into dirt to save their work and time is not a good business manner. They should have dumped it into two piles in front of homes that they are working on. Cleanness after the work did not satisfy.

Would have liked the ground prepared better to ensure grass has great future.

Curtis Sod did a magnificent job on our sod, its absolutely beautiful!! We have had so many compliments on the quality and grade of our sod since its been laid. They were professional and brought nothing but the best when it came to their work! We've even had other landscape companies say "I don't know where they get their sod from, but whoever or wherever they get it from its beautiful and top notch". I love my yard and will definitely recommend Curtis Sod to anybody I know whose looking for top quality, good looking sod! We hands down have thee best yard in our neighborhood (well, besides any other home Curtis Sod has blessed with their presence lol). Thanks guys/girl..you are the best!

Curtis Sod was very professional and courteous. They arrived on schedule for the estimate appointment, gave us a quote we felt was fair and were done quickly considering the scope of the project (we had to have the existing lawn killed off first). We've also hired them to fertilize and keep the new sod free of weeds. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing a new lawn.

They were awesome crew. They did a fantastic job. They even too care of burying few sprinklers for me at no extra charge. Customer service is phenomenal, over the expectations. My place is full of weeds with stones and rocky surface. They cleared all weeds , graded , filled with top spoil and put sod. Extremely happy and no one can beat their price. I recommend them.

Prize is reasonable and good work

Everyone was professional, courteous and friendly. They gave the best price and I figured sod was sod. It looked great and they were done in a timely matter. The only complaint I had was that there were a few pieces of sod that were not butted up to the next piece, leaving a small gap.

I called late afternoon on a weekday expecting a call back the next day. Instead, they answered the call and came out the next day with a formal estimate. The actual sod install was fast and the customer service was great! I would definitely recommend Curtis Sod to anyone needing their services!

They were very professional. I needed extra fill dirt to grade my yard, and was not charged any extra for it. I still use them to fertilize my lawn, and it looks great!

They seem very busy. I had to wait for more than 2 weeks to get my job scheduled (weather was indeed a factor. But there were only 3~4 raining days in my area). Overall they are good.
