One of the best in responsiveness when looking for quotes.  Many contractors did not seem interested in a small job.  His quote seemed like a fair price.  He was here when he said he would be here to start the job.  He removed the old countertops and cooktop and was very conscious of keeping the area clean and not tracking through the house.  He ran into a problem with two lazy susan cabinets after new countertops were in.  He was unable to get the lazy susans to spin so he just left them.  I spent several days on them and finally got them to function as designed.

He was on one of the local papers. It took him one day to do the job. He and his crew were very thorough. They did a superb job. His price, quality of work and his promptness stood out to me. He was there when he said that he was going to be there unlike a lot of these other contractors that get you to the end of the hook and then say that they would come back the next. It was like there was nothing better to do than sit and wait for these people. However, I never had that deal with Jeff Bila Quality Construction. The price was worth the job. I bought the appliances myself. I was impressed by the deal. I had got quotes from three other service providers and he bet them all. I researched on him and never heard anybody speak negative about him. I was very satisfied with his services.
