Green Tech SoftWash is dedicated to providing our customers with the best choice in exterior cleaning in the industry. Unlike pressure washing, our SoftWash process not only cleans your roof, house, deck, patio, driveway, etc., it kills algae, moss, lichen, mold, and sanitizes the surface, which allows the results to last 4-6 times longer too. We love our environment, so our equipment is low VOC, all of our soaps and chemicals are biodegradable and carry the Good Stewards badge. Green Tech SoftWash takes our customers safety seriously, so we are protected by "The Seal", a 3rd party company that does a vigorous background check on every employee. Greg and Trevor did an excellent job. Greg was prompt in returning my phone call and was here on the agreed upon date and time. I had the roof cleaned, the house power washed and the deck cleaned and so far I am very pleased with the results. I would recommend them to my friends. Greg and his crew got every bit of green off my vinyl siding. When I had it hot-water power-washed four years ago, the green did not come off the underside of the vinyl, and soon there were green streaks down the side of my house. I know that wonâ t happen this time, because the green is gone.

They did a great job cleaning the siding, however, they said it would not leave residue on windows, however, the windows were very messed up due to the bleach in the product used and I had to hire a window cleaning company following their work.

"Harvey, I wish that we had been given the opportunity to make this right with you. If we had received a phone call or email from you about this I can assure you that we would have been there right away to clean the windows again. Occasionally, soaps (Or even rinsing water) can leave residue on windows. Unfortunately, this is not visible until the glass dries. If the glass is on a shady side of the house (Or it is a shady day) it will not dry until after the crew has left. It is very easy for us to clean windows, and we never have any issue returning to a customer's house to take a second look at something that did not come clean properly. Anyway, if you reach out to us now we are willing to refund the amount you paid to the window cleaners. -Brian"
