Communication was good and the result was what I expected.

Greg and his crew got every bit of green off my vinyl siding. When I had it hot-water power-washed four years ago, the green did not come off the underside of the vinyl, and soon there were green streaks down the side of my house. I know that wonâ t happen this time, because the green is gone.

I was very pleased with the work done by Green Tech Soft Wash. The change in the appearance of my siding and deck is amazing. The mildew on the north side of my house is gone and looks so clean.

They did a great job cleaning the siding, however, they said it would not leave residue on windows, however, the windows were very messed up due to the bleach in the product used and I had to hire a window cleaning company following their work.

Greg called me very quickly and came right to my house to give me quote. They did the job two days later. Since the exterior of my home is redwood the soft wash was perfect! The house looks great.
