Exact Recon

Don't use Exact Recon. He will just make promises that he has no intention of meeting. The process starts off great as he is appears knowledgeable and makes you feel like he is your friend. Once he gets the job, it just turns into frustration. I have never dealt with a person that will just lie right to your face. Unfortunately for me, I am a trusting person and it took many many times before I realized he was just telling me what I wanted to hear. Don't use Exact Recon or you will be frustrated

Terrible company. Don't use Exact Recon as the owner, Chad Grimes, will just promise you he can do the job just to get your business, even though he knows he can't do it in a timely manner. He was very quick to come out and give me an estimate and started the job right away. He dried the floor and gutted my kitchen and replaced my subfloor, which left us with no usable kitchen (no sink, no refrigerator, no stove or no cabinets and no electricity). But then he disappeared for 2 months before the job was even close to being done and wouldn't keep his promised appointments to start finishing the job, so I had to find another contractor to finish the job (ugh). Later, I realized he damaged my A/C system, which he acknowledged, and he "promised to pay for the repair. He seriously told me multiple times that the check was in the mail or it was lost in the mail. Stupid me for trusting him. Unfortunately, I don't think he had no real intentions of paying me and stopped answering his phone or text messages. I have never conducted business with a more unethical person in my life or one that just lies to your face. Only call him if you are prepared to be extremely frustrated.

I couldn't be more pleased with the work that Mr. Grimes and his team did in fixing the wind damage to my house, and fence. They are honest with their estimate, go the extra mile when they can. The employees are personable and always had a smile. I would not hesitate to contact them again.
