We needed new countertops in our kitchen and unbeknownst to me I came to find out that we had a local place in our town to check out, Diamond Tile & Marble on Luick in Chelsea. I went in and provided my dimensions, they gave me an estimate for granite (they also do other materials like tile, marble, etc. and fabricate on site) within a day and we decided to give it a go. Everyone we encountered and worked with were friendly and professional. They scheduled us for templating and installing and came when they said they would (gave us phone confirmations ahead of the appointments). We were very happy with everything and everyone from the person up front when I first went in to the people I dealt with on the phone, the guy who came out to measure and the three installers... all top notch people. There were a couple of blips but they had great customer service with options that met our needs. I would highly recommend working with this company and their staff.
