I called the office of Chelsea Door Co. yesterday to ask a tech to come out and check the new opener and noises to make sure it was ok. The owner, Bob called back that afternoon, said he would be by Wed/today- to just leave the opener under the front door mat and he would check it out. By 12:30 today the work was done, the opener worked perfectly, and he left the opener and a note under the front door mat. No charge.

I was given a written estimate for 2 doors and one opener. I did my research and found the products to be good. I made an appt. for several weeks out (for my budget). I left the old opener on the front porch. The tech did the work while I was gone. I got the products I asked for installed when promised. The tech cleaned up when finished. The bill was left in the garage and the payment was mailed in as quoted.
