I walked in and they took care of me right away, had the tires installed and balanced quickly. Fast, friendly service

We drove up, told them what I needed, and they worked me in. Everything was done in a quick fashion. They were very friendly and I really appreciated it.

We called ahead to make sure they would have our tires in. When we called, we explained that we would be replacing the two rear tires even though they had plenty of tread because they had been damaged. We even had our repair guy call to discuss which tires needed replacement. The phone calls were simultaneous, so at least two people at Spies had had the problem explained. I left with two new tires on the front of the car. When I got the necessary alignment done the following Monday, I was told that Spies had replaced the front tires, and the damaged rear tires were still on the car! After six weeks of phone calls, letters, and receipts proving their mistake, Spies still refuses to admit any culpability. I will never, ever return to them for so much as a zip tie. Save yourself! Go somewhere else!
