Went very well. Called him at about 10:30 am that fridge was not working. Said he would be here between 2 and 4. Arrived about 3. Went right to work / possibly know if what to fix. Very quiet but pleasant / professional and through. Defrosted frosted coil. Replaced the defective part which he had in his truck. Was done about 4:00. Charged $ 70 for service call; $40 for labor ; $57 for part. Less expensive e than others quoted and was the only one who could come the same day. Great job.

The experience overall was very positive. The receptionist at the office was responsive and professional. Scheduling a service tine was easy. The repair person was on time and efficient. The cost was slightly higher than others called, but they delivered results the first time.
