Matt is very professional and knows what he's doing.  I had a rather difficult sidewalk layout and it ended up being beautiful.  I receive many positive comments about the quality and the appearance.  I will definitely use Matt again.

He gave a great price to replace the siding and did not use him we decided not to have it done at this time.We will for sure use him in the future when we are ready though.

Built crawlspace and garage

I wouldn't recommend them. They had to come back four or five times, and then I didn't want to call them up anymore. I had problems with them, and I had to have another one to replace them, and it cost me $4000. I would not use them again in the future.

Matt Barber Masonry and Construction, is undoubtedly the best contractor in the area. Prices are very reasonably, he has done several projects for us and the prices have always been lower then others but, the work was twice as good. He has put new siding on the house, rebuilt the front porch, built a whole new room on the back of the house, so he did cement work, siding, carpentry, new windows and pretty much all around everything. Always showed up when they said they would, worked very quickly, he had several employees, were extremely polite that they would actually put down there tools to open the door for me when I was carrying grocerys. They were very polite, on time and did an excellent job!

All of the workers come on time, they are polite and helpful and do an excellent job. The siding on the house is complete and they did an excellent job, including extras such as attic vents that we did not even know they were going to do. The are careful to make sure they don't make a mess anywhere and pick up each day before they leave. Although we offered them the use of a bathroom, they do not use it and do not ask for anything (like a glass of water even on the hottest days).

They are very responsive to all of our concerns and go the extra mile. The cost for the work they are doing is extremely good, much less than others in the same field. Although the sunroom is not yet complete, if they complete the work the way they started it, I will be thrilled. I will let you all know.

In the future, if I had anything that needed doing in the home remodeling or repair field, I would call Matt. I recommend him to anyone who needs work done in this area.
