Computer Repair
It was a nightmare !!! They had my computer for almost 3weeks and they removed all of my files and programs and restored it to factory settings . That caused me to lose every]thing!! They installed the programs they prefer. I asked if I should back it up before they worked on it as to not lose anything and they said they would do it for me. Surprise they did not do it all pictures, documents, records every single thing gone! And the bill was double what I was quoted. I got back a computer that was not working at all. They informed me that I was wrong and was just another idiot that did not' know anything about computers. I may not be an expert but I do know that it functioned when I took it in and that when I picked it up it didn't work at all. I took it to a different repair shop and they said they hadn't ever seen such a mess. They repaired it in 2 days unfortunately they could not recover the lost files docs ,pics. ect. for $120.00 and it works great! I wouldn't ever take a chance on Hiper Computers again!
