Description of Work: We hired Full Circle for damage done to our home due to frozen pipes. To keep it short, we have never been treated so disrespectful by a business who WE hired to do a job. Charges that were questioned by us, were treated like we were difficult and creating problems. If you hire this company, watch the charges, we were charged $870. without our knowledge. He did not like our questioning him. Full Circle was hired by us, and we had every right to question the job, the billing and any thing else that arose. Poor business etiquette.

Description of Work: Repair/remodel an existing structure that needed to be strengthened to withstand the harsh winters and snowloads, repaired the roof and made the building more practical for my needs. A rebuild was not an option. I needed someone capable of this job and felt confident that Full Circle Contracting could do it. I am very pleased and the cost was well worth the work performed and materials included.

 + -1 moreThe service Dan, at Full Circle, provided was the best. This company is a family run organization. Everyone is helpful and professional. He was very upfront about cost and any surprises that came up during construction. Since I am a first time homeowner, he gave me advice on pest control and it was very helpful.

 + -1 moredo not hire them. they are maybe nice to you but they lie and dont look back. usually we do our work ourselves but due to a car accident we were unable to finish what we started and were forced to hire them. they were not our first option because of things we were hearing but all others were booked and we needed it done faster. the person came in and gave us an estimate and it was around 300$ because all we needed to finished the walls and we already put drywall up. so we agreed. he came in and did the job and i guess he was nice and seemed to work. i did pay attention to his hours and work. my husband asked if they had a plummer because he was not able to do it due toa lot of pain. the next day they brought a plummer which they hired. so the guy told around 4 hours and it was fine. he stayed for 8 he was super slow, drank lots of coffee and sigaretts breaks. dont even to mention his habit to pee in the bathroom and dont tell me. needless to say my 3 year old saw him do that once. at the end of the day the bill was 300$ for the plummer. i personally do not think it was 8 hours job because we did it before and it was faster. but like i said he was slow. and on top of it he had to come two more times to fix his mistakes. he didnt do his job right and we had many leaks. so i had to deal with him for three days. personally i would never ever hire this guy to do any plumming jobs. he really doesnt know as much as he says. so couple days ago we got the final bill. the bill was 1000. they charged me for 21 hours. they were not here for 21 hours even if you round it up and plus him fixing his mistakes. and on top of it they charged me for materials. they didnt buy any materials they used what we had. we started this project and we bought everything for it. so i am very unhappy about this company. they will throw in your face that they are christians and blah blah blah but they do not have any problems with lieing and overcharging or charging for stuff they didnt buy or do. so if i would hire again they will not be on my list. i would rather wait for others or do it myself.
