I went to the Toyota section to see about a 13 Rav4 because of the incentives they had.  500.00 off and 0% financing for 36 months.  They did not have the one I wanted so I told them what I wanted and they put an order in for it.  2 months later I took my car in for a recall and asked about my Rav4 they ordered.   Another salesperson told me it was in and did I want to see it.   I was shocked no one had called me, however, I looked at it and it had $3000.00 worth of items on it I did not want.   So they said they would give me a "good deal" on it.....the good deal was 900.00 more than MSRP on the one I wanted.   Then they had the nerve to lowball the trade in value of my car.  In my opinion I think they ordered it with "the extras" because they thought I would just go ahead and buy it.   They knew I needed a more "up north" car due to the fact my home burned to the ground and we had to move to a more rural location.  Now I have to go all the way to Bay City to order one and I loose out on the incentive specials.   I have been lied to and would never send anyone to this dealer.  Look the up on the BBB (which is what I should have done)  they have a D rating and that was before I put my complaint in.

Fast great to deal with

Very well   Their new building with service wing works well...you can pull in out of the weather and they have two  stalls donated to oil changes etc so wait time is minimal..always friendly.  Excellent waiting area... could have fresher coffee though.
