We took our 2011 Corolla in for the 15,000 mile service. We were blown
away by the way we were treated. We felt like we were in a 5 star
hotel! We were taken into a very comfortable waiting room, with coffee,
tv, current newspapers, and magazines. The decor was so welcoming,
that we would have been happy to hang out for hours. The service area
was sparkling clean, and our car's interior was protected from dirt as
they worked. Our original salesman stopped in to say hi, and ask how we
were liking our car.

When I bought the tires, they seemed to make the ride a little rough. So I went back in and Roger Patke, parts manager, and he called Bridgstone and explained the situation. They offered to replace them with different tires and I just had to pay to have them mounted, which was $60. I did not have to pay for the new tires or any wear and tear damage from the other tires. They were good about it. They are really good about everything. It seems like everything is at your convenience.
