Steven answered the phone when I called and set a tentative appt for the next day. He called me back later to set definite time, and called anout an hour before to let me know he could come early if I like. I like!! He was well groomed, knowledgable, and professional. He had both doors secure in 15 minutes without breaking the bank too!! I would call Accurate again in a heartbeat. Quality work at a fair price. 5 out of 5 stars

Technician was originally scheduled to come out the following day, but found time in his schedule and made it out the same day we called him. We originally planned to do our door wall as well, and after doing the work he discovered the key mechanism was broken and could not be unlocked from the outside. As a result, he did not charge us despite doing the work, which I really appreciated. I would not hesitate to use Accurate Lock and Key for all of my locksmith needs in the future!

Excellent service. Arrived on time and installed new locks on our doors and keyed them all to match throughout the house even with existing locks. Great clean-up, pleasant to deal with and reasonable prices compared to other services. We try to hire local businesses for work around the house. This one worked out great. Highly recommend.
