Town & Country Animal Hospital, Inc. is Eaton County's only Animal Hospital that is accredited by the American Animal Hospital Association. The AAHA Standards of Accreditation are widely used as benchmarks to measure excellence in veterinary medicine. Our hospital has been successfully evaluated by an AAHA practice consultant on approximately 900 standards that directly correlate to the care we are providing your pet. The Standards are periodically reviewed and updated to ensure they remain consistent with changes in veterinary medicine and technology.

They are great. The experience was excellent. The staff is friendly. They took really good care of my dog and I had no problem. I don't have to wait too long for my dog to get seen after the appointment.

Dr. Karen Hinkle is the owner but Dr. Miranda Bauer is also a veterinarian at the practice. This clinic has been my regular vet for 10 years. Both vets are excellent. I have 9 dogs and 4 cats of my own plus have dogs who have been brought to us for training, showing, grooming and/or boarding. The staff and the doctors have always been there for me. I had a beloved dog pass away last spring after serious injuries. I brought him to Dr. Hinkle and she was able to stabilize him so we could get him to MSU Urgent Care. I sometimes think he may have survived if I had kept him with Dr. Hinkle. We also had a dog with kidney issues and Dr. Hinkle saved his life! I will be forever grateful. Their prices may be a bit higher than many of the other vets around, but you get what you pay for! They're also very understanding about my desire to cut down on vaccinations for my pets and open-minded to homeopathic medicines. The staff and the vets are wonderful!
