I manage a seniors housing facility. With the horrific winter we just had, Eric Rogers had our parking lot, walkways, and fire access lanes clear and safe. They sweep the walkways so clear that they were usually dry so we didn't need salt. They worked with us so we could move cars around and clear the whole lot. They even shifted snow piles so we had no problems with melting snow flooding areas. I never had to worry about them showing up (or coming when they weren't really needed). They do post-winter clean-up and take great care of our lawn and landscape. And, their pricing is very reasonable. Cost listed below is our annual cost - year around with a horrible winter! I highly recommend them.
