He showed up promptly and got right to work. He showed great concern for my carpet and made sure everything was properly covered up. He could not do the work from outside since there was no cleanout. He worked very hard for over an hour and felt it was more serious than a plugged drain. He recommended someone else to come out with a camera and more sophisticated equipment. He did NOT charge me anything for the work he did because he said he was sorry he could not help me. Just to let you know, I had the people out who he recommended and they determined I had a broken pipe underground. Dad and Sons did everything they possibly could to help me. I am a single woman who is always afraid of being taken. For all you single women out there, you can definately trust this company. It is family owned and operated. If I ever have another problem, I will call them.

Our washing machine/water softener drain was clogged. I called the Dad and Son's office and they advised me they could have someone out that morning. Ray(?) I think was his name, arrived and asked about the symptoms and went right to work. He ran the snake down the drain and was having problems getting it back out. He went into the basement checked all the drain access points and realized the problem was a huge mass of "gunk" on the snake end which he cleared off by hand due to the limited access space. He then removed the snake and ran the snake through again to clear any remaining material. He checked the drainage, removed all his equipment and cleaned up after himself. All in all it took about 1 1/2 hours, and he was pleasant and professional through the whole process. I was definitely satisfied that I got my moneys worth.
