BALL SEPTIC TANK SVC

It went well except the hole to remove the drain lid was not completely refilled leaving a mess for me to clean up.

Arrived early (after calling to confirm), and were finished within 20 minutes. Office staff and technicians were very helpful answering my post-service questions.

Had a bit of an emergency as drains in basement were backing up. No drain cleaning company would come out until I had the septic tank pumped first. Called Ball Septic around noon and explained the situation and they had a truck and technician on-site by 3:00 pm. Took more than an hour to locate both tank lids -- two people from Ball Septic worked in awful heat/humidity and didn't give up until the lids were found and the tanks emptied. Price was a little higher than quoted but that's because tanks were larger than I remembered. Have used Ball Septic since 1992 and always have found them to be prompt, professional and responsive. This time was no exception. Thank you!

He was out here for probably three times longer than what the company thought he would be. He didn't give up but kept doing what he could to find the tank- which he finally did. He was out here for a while but the whole time, he was professional. They were fantastic.

They were great. Helped us find and dig out the lid. They got there quickly on a emergency call.

I have an engineered septic system with 2 tanks, I showed him where they were and he cleaned them both out and sprayed them down with water. When he was finished (less than 30 minutes) he told me about a screen on the top of the tank I should clean every 6 months (just spray it not remove from the tank) He also informed me if I had problem with my and quot;water tankand quot; who to call for service if the pump goes bad they use lifetime guarantee parts so I'll never have to pay for a pump again. I have used them in the past and am very pleased with their service and staff. I would recommend them and reuse them in the future.

Great job. Called in morning they were out by 4 pm that afternoon. Clean truck and very professional workers.

We have been below freezing for at least 3 months here and he came out with no equipment and expected to be able to find it with a shovel. He poked around with a metal rod to locate it and ended up being nowhere close to it. We had another company come out to do the work.

The experience started out wonderful, dipped then finished off strong. Called on a Wednesday to schedule service to empty septic tank. To my surprise they scheduled the next day with a timeframe from 9-11 am. I arranged to have someone at my home to wait for them and then to call me when they arrive. They did not show within the scheduled timeframe so I called their office twice and received their voicemail. The finally arrived at 11:30. Joe was very professional completed the job and I was very satisfied with their service.

Called at 7AM and was given an appointment time of around Noon. The driver showed up at 10:45 AM. Very prompt in that the system had backed up the night before. Mickey, the driver, was quick to find the pump out door and started pumping within 15 minutes of arrival. Pump out did not take long at all. the second door was found and the solid filter was removed and cleaned. Clean up and replacing dirt over the 2 doors was done expeditiously.
I would highly recommend and will have them return in 3 years for the next pump out.

I'd say very well overall. They responded very quickly and were very efficient when here. I hadn't had the tank pumped in about a decade (but only have two people here), and they checked for structural integrity and a break in the baffle, etc. Only one minor criticism; where the lawn had to be removed, I had a pile of dirt and turf - it would have been nice to have been leveled
Price - I gave a 'B' but it might not be accurate because I didn't check for bids, but went with the service recommended by Michigan Plumbing, highly rated on Angie's list.
