Tony's team came into the condo and put up plastic barriers to protect the areas not involved in construction from the demolition/ and construction dust. They kept the condo as clean as possible while doing a major construction job.
As the construction progressed they sent us pictures of the progress, along with any questions they encountere during construction. We were very happy to see the amount of support structure that was built into the staircase. They put in 3 stringers on a fairly narrow staircase. Everything was built well above what is required for code.
Their finish work was impeccably done. You cannot see the repairs they did to the walsl, even though one wall has light grazing it from a skylight.
They were not able to finish the work on time de to a delivery mix-up on the railing parts. However they went out of their way to accommodate the carpet installers schedule so that all our work would be completed before our first holiday weekend.
Tony and his team were honest and hard working. They were a pleasure to work with and I would recommend him to anyone.
