Everything was done as promised and the job looks amazing. My product specialist Larry was great. I referred him to my fiancé that needed two windows done and they are doing an excellent job for him as well. I would highly recommend. Great service all the way around. Most companies will not come out for just one window. All other companies turned me down.

Last year Windows Plus installed a bathtub liner and a glass block window at my house and did a perfect job. Cleaned up all the mess and were courteous and on time with quality work. I am so glad I went with a company that provides a manufacturers warranty. Excited to get a storm door installed next month and will continue to use home pro USA in future home improvements.

We have used WindowsPlus for many years. All of our existing windows were purchased and installed by them . Their sales rep, Todd V was very helpful and his information helped us greatly with our selections. We have just contracted with the company to replace our access door to our deck and a new storm door for our front entry door. The workmanship of their installer(s) has always been great - promptness , courteous, and a great clean up are the trademarks of this company.

Had one person working. Got it done within3 days. Kept things clean and orderly. Was friendly and worked hard and was very thorough. Cleaned up and hauled away debris right away. Beautiful job. Very pleased

I met this Company at a Home Show as I was obtaining quotes for new windows. They were the only Company I talked to that followed up and gave me a quote in a timely manner. Larry was the salesperson and he was great, no pressure. I had 6 windows quoted, I am putting 3 in now and 3 in later this year. I put money down on the project, already had another person out to do the specific measurements and talk about color of trim. Install is scheduled for May. I will say that they weren't the cheapest I had quoted nor the most expensive but the quality of the window and service so far has been great!

It went extremely well. The entire roof removal and replacement process took two days. The removal and replacement was done in sections so none of the roof was left without shingle coverage on the overnight between the first and second day of completion. The installation looks great and the cleanup of the job site was spotless. It's been a couple weeks thus far, but no issues and the job looks flawless.

We recently had our roof done by Windows Plus/Home PRO and are very happy with the job that was done.

Our salesperson Kevin Carrier was very personable and did an excellent job in covering the project and making the cost work for our budget. The materials used were top notch and Kevin did an excellent job of explaining the project. At the time Kevin was here my wife was making some brownies, Kevin actually pitched in and helped finish the brownies while my wife and I discussed the project.

The installation crew arrived when we were told they would and immediately started preparing for the job. They introduced themselves and then started to work. We had a brief weather delay one day, but other than that the crew worked all three days ,until dark the first two days and finished up on the next day when the project was completed. We have a ranch style house with a lot of roof area. They improved our roof ventilation and left us with a beautiful roof that will last many years. We have a television antenna on the roof and the crew was nice enough to re-install the antenna after they were done with the shingles. The workers were very nice and they were polite. It was the best experience that I've ever had in working with contractors. They were great!

We honestly believe we have a better roof now then we did when the house was new. I would recommend Windows Plus/Home PRO for anyone considering hiring a roofing company.

I contracted with them on 2-26-14 to install a tub liner and grab bar in the master bath. About 2 weeks after, they phoned to say an employee would be out to measure the tub dimensions, etc. We set a date and time and the employee was very prompt, neat and friendly. After he completed his job, being an elderly woman, living alone, I had a problem with the sliding door in my bedroom coming off the track. He was kind enough to go beyond the job he was there to do and took the time to get the door properly placed for me, much to my relief and appreciation.

On April 26, the company called to say the liner was ready and we set a time and date for April 17 for installation. Again, the employee was prompt, courteous, neat, friendly. I also have to add that each gentleman liked my dog and gave him some attention.

It took approximately between 3 and 4 hours to install the liner (which I was told ahead of time it would). He cleaned everything up after himself and left the room tidy and neat.

The liner enhances the room. I would definitely contract with this company again if I were to need work done and would absolutely recommend them to friends.

Everything went better than expected. Look forward to having bathroom remodeled by them next year.

Our house has over 20 windows including two door walls. When we first contacted Windows Plus several years ago, their replacement windows were very good quality, but also pretty pricy. We decided not to do all 20 at once, but instead hired Windows Plus over a period of several years to replace three to five windows every year. We paid cash every time, except once where we got a one year same as cash deal. In September 2012 we had the last four replaced.
All their windows are custom sized and they do a measuring before it's manufactured. They also covered the trim around the new windows with aluminum siding, matching the color of our trim exactly. One of the earliest windows installs we had was not done very well, but later they came back and fixed it. All the other installations went well, and they took the old windows and did a good job of cleaning up. I would recommend reviewing the installation with the crew to ensure it's done to your satisfaction.
With all the new windows installed, our house is no longer drafty. We can keep the thermostat at 67 degrees and the house is still very cozy on the coldest of nights. We have proof from power companies that we have significantly reduced our utility costs by about 25%, both electricity in the summer and gas in the winter.
Overall we would recommend this company, but the windows are a bit pricy, but they are good quality, vinyl over aluminum. You will also want to review their work afterward, just to make certain you are satisfied. I think you will be satisfied with the windows they install.

This is one recommendation I take a good deal of satisfaction in making. Window Plus is an outstanding and ethical company, here's why:

Window Plus installed Gutter Helmets for us in December 2004. The gutters eventually began to fill up over a few years and I was unhappy with that. I couldn't find the original bill for the work and had forgotten who did the work so I had no one to complain to. The thought that the product might have a life-time guarantee never entered my mind. I was frustrated too because I had a small and quot;treeand quot; beginning to grow in one gutter in the back of the house. The ground under the gutter is sloping down and the gutter is about ten feet off of the ground and this caused me to keep putting off getting up on a ladder to take care of the tree.

A young lady from Window Plus called in December of 2010 soliciting replacement windows work. While explaining to her that we had recently done all of our windows she asked about our gutters. I explained to her that we had had Gutter Helmets installed a few years back and that I was not very happy because of the gutters filling up with debris, to which she replied that Gutter Helmets was a product that they installed with a life-time guarantee and that maybe they had done the work. She looked up my name and address in her computer and found that they had done the work. Well now, knock me down with a feather that she actually looked it up without being asked to do so and informed me of the warranty was a very pleasantly surprising occurrence.

Being December it was not a good time to be crawling around on our roof. Ron at Window Plus promised to give me a call when conditions were better. You can imagine my surprise when he actually called in April to set up an appointment. His serviceman, Leonard, came out to the house and resolved the problem the same day and told me how to keep the buildup from recurring.

Everyone I have dealt with at Window Plus has been professional, helpful, sympathetic to my original complaint and eager to see to it that our relationship has been a very positive one. I can highly recommend that you do your window and gutter replacement business with Window Plus. This is a pleasant story that I have shared many times with a lot friends and acquaintances.

There's no story to tell as the work was done on time, quickly with good clean-up and at a fair price.

The meet all promises and dates

It was GREAT!!!! They showed up on TIME.....did the work in one day, and cleaned up everything after they were done. I was very impressed with the work done, as well as their professionalism. I HIGHLY recommened Window Plus. They don't sub-contract either (that was a bonus).

THIS EMPLOYEES WERE COCKY. THEY WERE NOT PROFESSIONAL AND VERY PUSHY. I DO NOT LIKE TO DEAL WITH PUSHY PEOPLE BECAUSE I LIKE TO JUST GET THE INFORMATION AND THEN DECIDE FOR MYSELF. I WOULD DEFINITELY NOT RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE.

THEY WERE EXCELLENT. THE SAID THEY WOULD BE OUT AND THEY WERE HERE BEFORE THEY SAID THAT THEY WOULD. I HAD ONE PROBLEM AND THEY CAME BACK AND FIXED IT. THEY KEEP CALLING ME TO SEE IF I NEED ANYTHING ELSE.
