"The technician came out to give customer a free estimate on the furnace. She did ask if he could check to see if there was a crack but in order to do so, it would have been very involved in taking off the back. He did let her know that if she wanted him to do that, he would have to charge a service call since it would have taken some time. Both the technician and the office manager spent very lengthy time with customer over the phone trying to set up her install. The technician went above and beyond what any other technician would do to help this customer so for her to say he was not professional, is just ludicrous!"
