Alterations by Diane

Diane was born to be a seamstress! Her attention to detail is unmatched. She thinks of everything, and asks questions so the project is completed according to my needs and wants. She completes everything very quickly, and her prices are reasonable. She is truly a gem who I am so grateful to have found!

The dress skirt has two layers, an underskirt and a chiffon overlay. In addition, the empire-waisted butterfly-sleeved dress with crossover v-neckline also needed to be taken up in the shoulders. The dress needed to be 2- inches up from the floor taking the shoes I wear with the dress into account. Diane returned the dress to me in 1 week, and every alteration was perfect! I could not be more pleased!

I arranged with Diane to leave clothes to be repaired at her house before going to work.  She confirmed she received clothes via text message.  She repaired all clothes within one day.  I was unable to pickup at previously arranged time due to kids' activities but she was very understanding and arranged for pickup the following Monday.  Again, all was coordinated via text messages and proved to be very convenient.  I will use the service again for future clothes repairs.

Diane is very good at her craft.  I have worked with many seamstresses and tailors over the years and feel I have found another gem!  Her prices are very reasonable and her work is well executed.  She understands how to work with quality and expensive fabrics such as wool and silk.  
She warmly welcomed me to her home where she offered a private room for me to change.  Once I was wearing the garment to be altered, she and I discussed what I wanted.  Her suggestions to my requests were helpful.  
I will continue to contact Diane for future alteration needs and repair of garments; I highly recommend Diane for her ability and skill.

She is very reasonably priced, very nice, and very good at what she does.

We spent $20 on that service. She is very fast and very friendly and she can do a wide range of alterations types, plus she is also starting to do costumes. She is also going to do just sowing from scratch and coping clothing, so we don't have to have a pattern. If we have got something we like, she can copy it for me. She is very fast in completing the work she takes on. We would use her again if needed. She is definitely looking for business right now.
