We had an overflowing septic tank in an older home we recently bought. The company told us they could get to us by 2pm. Luckily for us they were able to come earlier. We were told about the tank, the capacity and the gentleman even looked at another structure and found that it was a pump station, with a broken lift pump. He offered to replace the pump as he had a 1/2 HP with him. however, he pulled the pump for us and saw it was a 3/4 HP and said that he would suggest getting the same size.
Helpful, timely, and the price was great. He was even able to locate our septic field (which the home inspector was unable to do.)
