Both of our experiences with Weingartz were terrible. The tune up took 3 weeks to complete. Nobody seemed to know what was going on. One person would tell you it would be finished in a day and another would tell you a week. The second time, it took a full week for them to give us an estimate. They said they weren't busy and it would be done in a few days. When we called after 2 weeks, to check the status, we were told that they couldn't locate the paper work on the mower. The mower was finally returned, fixed, after 2 1/2 weeks.
