Well, the trainee is whom come into our home and had absolutely no respect. First within 20 minutes of being in home he pulled blind off the wall because he couldn't figure out how to unlock the window, he refused help or assistance. His attitude was not pleasant the whole time then at the end he asked for a drink of water so I said help yourself. He took a clean glass out of cabinet got a drink then rinsed the glass and put it upside down in my clean dish rack! I'm sorry, however, where I come from that doesn't fly. My husband and I have both politely tried to contact the owner, which was the other gentlemen who come, and absolutely no calls or response back. My husband and I also wanted to discuss some discrepancies on their report they failed on and still no response. Maybe I should get ahold of the tv news. Who should pay for a blind in my window now?

They were very thorough. They were on-time. They were also very knowledgeable. They left us a binder full of all the information we would ever want to know about our house and it's all organized perfectly and is easy to get through.

The home we are purchasing is a log home and we were concerned about there being differences in things that need to be inspected so my husband called Scott to ask him questions, he had to leave a message. Scott returned our call the same day and was very knowledgeable in what to look for in log home inspections. Scott arrived and went right to work. He was thorough and allowed my husband to shadow him through the entire process. Scott took photos of everything, tested all appliances, took down model/serial numbers to check that our appliance were not on recall lists and he brought home baked cookies! :D He emailed us a full report within 24 hours that included all the pictures with notes. He also provided a binder with paper and page protectors so we could print our report and put it in the binder for reference.

Our inspector was great all the way around. We needed the inspection quickly and he worked it in to his schedule in two days. He was thorough and educated me as we went along. Everything was exactly as we needed.
