They seem to be family oriented and they are very good, They have alot of trucks and seem to be sufficent.

The service did not go well, turn around was not plowed..stones from driveway were pushed in yard. services were not stopped at discused time. Found company to be very difficult to work with, would not recommend using..

Response from A & D Outdoor Service
This is a retaliatory review left by Mr. D. Unfortunately, Mr. D. chose not to pay his bill for snow plowing. Therefore, we proceeded to collect monies owed to us legally. Mr. D. had his voice heard in court and was ruled against so he decided to lash out using this site. Frankly, I didn't realize our Angie's list account was active otherwise I would've responded much sooner. Please feel free to hear what people are saying about us in our reviews on the [Angie's List Competitor]. Our company always returns in the spring to move rocks back into place and repair any sod damage. Anybody who lives in Michigan and has a gravel driveway understands that some stones and gravel will get pushed around. He only hired us for approximately one month while he could not care for it himself. We don't return to these accounts as others such as himself can cause much damage while they are plowing for the remainder of the season. As for not plowing the turn around, I'm not sure. Possibly, but I never received a call regarding this. We always have our drivers return if we receive a call stating something was missed. I do remember that the date of service Mr. D. refused to pay for, we had some very heavy wet snow which his four wheeler would have struggled to clear out of the way. Aaron Wilcome Owner
