+ 0 moreThe work was completed by Orchard Hill employees. They had complete blueprints, but their pipes were in the way of the garage door. This was discussed with two employees and the site supervisor prior to installation. I was assured this would not be a problem, but it was a problem. The ran a "temporary" gas line in the garage, outside of the Joists, then never moved it. They put us off for three weeks because they were busy, then failed their Rough inspection. Two more weeks, they completed and passed the Rough inspection. The finish work was completed, six weeks after I called with the items. They failed the Finish HVAC inspection, four weeks. Finally, I redid their penetration seals to for their HVAC and called the inspector, passed. Finally able to receive occupancy permit. Now we have a drip in the house. I have located HVAC pipes that have come apart, after tearing down drywall in the garage. Waiting for Dave the Owner to come out and fix the issue, only 5 hours late right now.

Description of Work: Contacted them to replace kitchen faucets and hoses on washing machine. Appreciated the fact that, even though they were very busy, they were able to fit us in and do the work in a timely manner. They were punctual, friendly and did a good job for us. Had another small issue a few days later, they came right away and fixed it at no cost to us!. Like the fact that they are local, will be using them in the future!

+ -1 moreAll projects completed in a timely manner- took an additonal day due to parts not arriving Team of two completed projects- one was an new apprentice. We had to call after crew didn't show up on time to find out they were waiting on parts to arrive UPS...... Overall a positive experience- nice to have one stop shopping for HVAC and plumbing.
Description of Work: Replaced water line to outside faucet and spicket Repaired heating duct that had separated from main line Installed waterline, utility tub, drain and additional outside faucet
