Jeff was fully involved in the design and had cost saving suggestions as well. My basement was cinder block walls and cement floors. He put in electric, pot lights, moved doors, drywalled, painted, stained trim. It is now a beautifully finished old west saloon! He also remodeled my bathroom and did a fabulous job. Then I had him redo the fireplace. He was always open to suggestions and very professional. He's friendly, funny and I was completely comfortable having him in my house when I wasn't there. Prices were very reasonable too. He goes above and beyond and does an amazing job. I HIGHLY recommend Sterling Building, LLC!

Jeff did an amazing job on our basement remodel. He listened to what we wanted and delivered. His pricing was very reasonable and easily beat out two other quotes that we received. He also finished out basement remodel a couple weeks ahead of schedule. We will definitely be contacting him for any future projects we may have.

I interviewed 5 others contractors to work on my master bath remodel. Jeff was the lowest bid (which I usually don't choose) but he was very professional in presenting his estimate and was extremely courteous. He started on the job when scheduled and completed when promised. He gutted our master bath (6.5' x 7.5' ) in one day and hauled everything away on his truck. He moved piping for both the sink and shower fixtures as well as the shower drain. He laid our tile floor and shower stall floor as well as adding a vent fan and LED light in the shower stall. All work was done competently with no issues. Jeff was the neatest contractor I have ever used and would not hesitate to call on him again for our main floor bath remodel in the future. He is honest, hardworking, and personable.

Jeff was incredibly patient and flexible throughout the entire project. I had made some mistakes ordering materials, and he easily adapted to a change in schedule. I immediately trusted him. He completed the job in a timely fashion and his estimate was very reasonable. Jeff made me feel like I was his only project, working long hours everyday. The quality of work is excellent. This was my first renovation, and Jeff made it easy and stress free. I would recommend him for any bathroom project.

The price was very reasonable. The quality of the work was excellent. Jeff tore out the toilet, removed the tub and vanity, removed a window then moved the plumbing to the toilet and re-plumbed for a new shower stall. He tiled the floor and the shower stall then installed a new vanity and toilet . Great job very well done. Also, Jeff's a nice guy. Highly recommended.

Jeff is amazing at what he does! He refinished our basement and we could not be happier with his work. He was always very professional, clean and organized! Everyone who has seen our basement is amazed at his work and how quick & efficient he is. I can't wait to hire him again! We cannot say enough good things about him!

I knew the min I met Jeff he was the guy for the job I explained what we wanted and he drew it up perfect very polite and professional best estimate out of 3 got the job done a week early very clean workplace cleans up every evening excellent job we are very pleased the next project we decide on Jeff will b the first and probably the only phone call I make

Trust was immediately established because Jeff listened to my concerns on how I wanted to fix the basement, unlike some of the companies that the insurance company had sent my way. He was respectful and instinctual on what my job entailed, and pointed out problems that he found in the basement. He is profoundly experienced at his work. Would I hire Sterling Building LLC again? Absolutely. Jeff is honest, forthright, and very much focused on his work. He comes to the site clean and dress properly and organized. This all adds up to one happy experience. JOB WELL DONE!!!!

Jeff was not pushing his opinion on me. He did help when I asked him. He did an excellent job. He cleaned up afterward. He was fast and accurate. I have had several complements from everyone who has seen the work. His estimate to do the work was the best. I am glad I chose him out of five estimates I obtained. I can't wait to be ready to get an estimate from him for my bathroom (in the future).
