Not well!  The owner will act like your best friend (even offer to take you fishing) until he gets the job!  We rarely saw him at our job site and although the contractors he had working for him were pleasant and personable they were not as skilled as one would expect for the type of project they were hired to do (8000+sq ft home)!  We had them frame our home and use the quad lock system and although we were sold on the quad lock system's benefits, it does no good if it is not properly installed!  We had two walls that were completely cracked all the way through!  We had to have another framing crew in to evaluate the project because my husband noticed so many structural problems which we had to point out to their crew and have them fix!  When we pointed out the walls that were bowed and looked cracked the owner argued with us until we cut out part of the wall and foam and 'proved' the wall was cracked!  Only then did he repair them with steel beams!  When OSHA showed up on our project their employees ran for the hills!  The vinyl siding contractor we hired greeted OSHA and spoke with  them as a professional business should do! OSHA noted multiple problems with HAM's work (saftey etc) that had to be addressed!  Additionally my husband has enough building experience to know how a stairway system should work and when he told their workers that our stairs were not framed right they argued and would not fix them.  We later had to have them corrected (with the exception of our garage stairs) as they were constructed of a poured concrete and heated floor system (in floor tubes) that could not be properly repaired so we are living with it!  The last two problems we experienced with them was our roof trusses were not properly made and had to be re-designed!  They had our roof below our window height.  Lastly, we agreed to have them pour raised concrete patios in the back of our home with the understanding that they would be a completed system when finished (concrete colorant was added) then they framed them with wood planks that left the wood grain marks on our exposed concrete and the colorant was not even nor was the surface smooth!  It was a mess!  We ended up putting stucco over it! We strongly advise anyone considering this Company or the Quad Lock system to look into other contractors or installers!!  We WOULD NOT recommend HOMES AMERICAN MADE and strongly caution anyone that is considering using them!!
