Rick and Angie were great. They listened to our wants and needs, developed a design and worked very hard towards our goal of having a functional 3/4 bathroom in the basement. Due to age of house there were electrical and plumbing issues that Rick and his crew handled very professionally. Rick it's very conscience and always made sure that the house was kept clean, he put up barriers to protect pets and other rooms from dust. We were impressed with Rick's professionalism and patience. We would hire MHI Interiors again.

It turned out very good. They had good service and they were honest. The turn around was quick and the quality was excellent.

MHI surpassed all of my expectations. Rick is the cleanest contractor I have ever seen. My garage was cleaner after the project then before he started it. He brought cardboard to place under his truck when in my driveway in the event it might leak oil. He even shoveled my snow one day! He completed a 5 week project to the day he said he would prior to start (he gave us a day by day calender at project start for the entire 5 weeks). Most importantly, Rick is a perfectionist. His attention to detail and his demand for excellence from his subs (electricians, plumbers, tile setters) showed. He has been doing this work for a long time allowing him to identify and work with the best in the business. The work was completed today and the project is STUNNING. Our kitchen would not look out of place in a better homes and gardens magazine. His work was so excellent I did something I have never done with builder before: I gave him a bonus upon project completion. MHI might not come in at low bid although I guarantee it will be competitive. However, this company is a classic case of you get what you pay for. I strongly recommend this company without hesitation.

Working with Rick was such a pleasure. He kept us informed on a daily basis of what was completed, what the next step would be and when there was a change that had to be made he informed us before moving forward. Any time you do re-modeling it is a disruption but this work was done so well and we are so pleased with the results.

WELL DONE. EXPLAINS EVERYTHING IN ADVANCE, WORKS WELL WITH US, DID GREAT JOB ON EVERYTHING IN HOUSE, DIDN'T GET UPSET WITH CHANGES, PAYMENT PLAN 1/3 DOWN, BALANCE COMPLETE.
