Description of Work: We are in process of finishing our basement. One of the rooms will be a game room with regulation size pool table. And as lays there is a pole in the way. We struggled to determine where the best placement of the tale because the pole intervened. We told the person at Viscount and he volunteered to come to home and help map out best table placement. After many measurements we determined the best place, mapped it on the floor, and marked location of center for pool lamp. WOW! Talk about great service!! The table and equipment are now on order from Viscount! Excellent service,great people to work with!

 + -1 moreWe use them all the time. We bought a pool from them and they gave us a contractor to install it and they were really good. We already had an existing pool there. So, all they have to do is to put a new one in. We do not have an existing pool and they have to log with. That is what it cost the money. They are knowledgeable about their business and willing to help you. The only negative is, if you buy something, you cannot return it. You have to be sure of what you are buying because they do not take returns. They have that policy for years.

 + -1 moreThe price was the last piece of damning evidence that this hot tub was more trouble and expense than it was worth. After that, we gave it away to someone who was both handy and thrilled to have it.
Description of Work: The heater failed on our hot tub. The service person cleaned and repaired the old unit.

 + -1 moreExcellent outcome. The pool was cleared within hours (they said days). I was able to stabilize the water and swim the next day. The results lasted the remainder of the season (about 6 weeks).
Description of Work: Severe algae and water clarity issues all season. Tried several chemicals, and nothing seemed to provide long term solution. Canton Viscount personnel explained in detail the method and chemicals to use to correct the algae and cloudiness. Their solution worked for the remaining season with no recurrences.
