The young lady was very pleasant, but I would like a little bit more in depth cleaning for my home.

They do a real good job. The owner is great and she is real flexible working with us on our time. We explain what we want done and they are happy to do it. They will clean pretty much anything if you ask them. We've been using them for 16 months. They charge $25 per person per hour. It is usually 3 people that come.

What a wonderful experience. Rena's crew of wonderful, hard working ladies came right on time and dug in! Mom's house was going on the market that weekend, and the crew made that house shine! Mom was so happy with the care they took with all her treasures. The open house was a huge success (the house sold in one day!) and everyone marveled at how clean the house was! Thank you, Rena and crew! We couldn't have done it without you! Our realtor was so impressed, he took your info!

I have been using this company for about 5 months or so. Rena is very knowledgable about how and what to clean and the best products to use. They are very thorough. I have a large home. # women come for 4 hours and they clean everything. I am very happy with this company and the women they send out to clean for us.

3 ladies for 4 hours 2 days in a row. My house was dirty from interior reconstruction and grime was pervasive. I have 4200 sq ft so it was everywhere. They did an excellent job were so easy to work with, wonderful ladies, great suggestions. I was very comfortable with them in here. They were very thorough. I am very happy either the results. I am having them come in monthly now to maintain my interior.

They did the most thorough job of any housecleaner I have ever tried and will definitely be using them again. The were prompt, friendly, but all business when it came to do what I hired them to do. I have a daughter with a dust allergy and they wet cleaning every surface that could be cleaned no matter how obscure. They helped me take all my curtains down and took them to the laundry room so I could wash them. The even scrubbed all the curtain rods before putting them back up. Floor cleaning-they remove everything that could be removed and then cleaned-no shortcuts of just cleaning the traffic areas. Top to Bottom is a good name. I thought the price was reasonable for the time and work. I don't do much housework so they had a lot of catching up to do. 9 man hours for 225; when they left I just walked around the house and enjoyed the clean. I have tried 3 housecleaners from Angie's list and while they were all A's and did almost perfect work, Top to Bottom seemed to stand out. I will be using them for regular scheduled cleaning and any special cleaning needs that come up.6

Women did great job. Arrived a little late, but had a good excuse. I asked them to use my cleaning products for polishing wood and cleaning wood floors, which they did. When they deep-clean, the room sparkles. I like the fact that it only takes them a couple of hours since there are 4 women. I also like the fact that it is the same women each time. I feel comfortable with them and am happy with their efficiency. Reena, the owner, always return my phone calls and is very friendly to talk to. I am very satisfied with Top To Bottom so far.

They were on time. There were 4 workers and they just kept working the whole time.

They do everything you want them to do and they do a wonderful job. They are courteous and they're very professional. They do give a free quote upon your needs and their price is very reasonable.

Since this was the first time they were here, they really only did a "spring clean" on the bottom floor. Our house is about 3800 SQFT so that is a lot to cover. They washed our kitchen cabinets, all the appliances and did a thorough dusting on all our blinds and shutters. They were also able to scour our master bathroom. They will perform the same clean next time on the upstairs portion of the house. 4 girls total....all very polite and kind.

They came about a month ago and based on their cleaning I decided to keep them on a regular basis. This is first time cost. It may be lesser after that. I think they are great. They showed up on time. They were friendly. They have a sense of humour. They did not stop working the whole time they were here, asking me questions if I was happy with their work and anything they could improve on. They were great.

They cleans better than I do. They were very friendly. They were workers, four came out and they really did a nice job. I don't think four will come out every time.

Reena and her team do an excellent job. They are alway prompt, efficient, and thourough. We have used their service for approximately 6 months now. Don't know how we ever lived without it. Our house has never looked better.

They did an excellent job of cleaning my house and if f time permitted they would clean more than expected. I had a problem getting them to commit with a regular schedule for me and that's why I discontinued the service. They were priced a little high.

staff is on time, very detail-oriented and hard working. There is a lot of frenetic energy and we often go out while they are working - but the house is SO clean when they're done - it's amazing!!!

The owner called ahead and arranged to arrive a little early. The owner and every member of the work crew was friendly and seemed to know exactly what to do. On this day, the owner was with the cleaning crew which I understand is not the norm. It will be interesting to see if the thoroughness continues when she is not on site. They did use my cleaning supplies and central vacuum cleaner whereas the other cleaning services brought their own supplies. I didn't have a problem with that. With the other cleaning services, I tried biweekly and monthly cleaning and was disappointed that the two person cleaning crews only spent about 45 minutes cleaning and charged $110. This service uses a three person crew and taken two hours cleaning my house. I plan to try bimonthly cleanings with this service and supplement with additional cleanings if needed for special occasions.

They are extremely efficient and thorough in their cleaning of my home. They do have the tendency to arrive a little late when a member of their team is off. The person who does the scheduling on the phone is not very discreet at times when explaining scheduling conflicts - often offering up her personal situations as reasons for scheduling problems. Because the ladies who do the actual cleaning are excellent, I've been able to overlook the scheduling problems and the too personal phone etiquette. I've yet to find anything not thoroughly cleaned after they've been here. In that sense, they are the best! It's a little pricey, but the outcome is well worth the cost!

They are great. They live up to their name; they truly cleaned my house from top to bottom. Three woman came in, and they cleaned my whole house. They even cleaned the cabinets.

My house feels so clean when they done. They use elbow grease on things that really needed it (like under my range hood!) They are fast and efficient, and use any available time on extra things, such as cleaning in my finished basement. They have been very flexible working around my schedule. The cost is a little high, but they earn every penny.

It always goes well. House is left spotless in all areas that are cleaned.
