While the wiring tool longer than estimated, the final result was great. They cleaned up messes and were polite working around my kids. They spent time at the end of the job reviewing work with us and answering questions.

They are awesome. They were just friendly, competitive and thorough. I sometimes had to call two or three times to get hold of somebody, but when I did, they were great. They were extremely punctual and always on time. They were extremely professional.

They damaged some of my property when they were fixing the light and they didn’t tell me about it until I found it on my own and so I own be doing business with them again. They got here and they never respond to emails or anything and it was very difficult to get a hold of them.

Ryan and his apprentice did a great job fixing everything we needed. They came the next day after our call, just at time, were very professional, reliable, and accurate. They quickly replaced a damaged electrical box in the bedroom ceiling with a new all-metal spreader box and mounted a ceiling lamp. They prepared kitchen for microwave installation and caulked bathtubs and shower floor. We enjoyed communication with Ryan who gave us a lot of valuable advices and consultations. Ryan did a lot of extras: repaired drywall and went to the attic to inspect it for the mold. We would like to hire "Son in law Services" again to make any house repair.

They did everything, gave us better prices then anybody else. They did so many things throughout the whole summer, started in July they came in the morning, evenings, they stayed until the job was done. They are like family to us! They did plumbing, electrical, you name it they did it. They were great, just fantastic. Very pleased and thankful and services.

The guy was awesome. He came over the next day I called and did all day’s worth of work that weekend. His prices were fair but he is not the cheapest in town. I like the professionalism, the people, the responsiveness and the work ethic. They were very trustworthy.

I appreciated that they were very prompt in getting back to us. However, it was a bit more expensive than we had planned - the company neglected to inform us that there would be a service charge just for coming out to the house - which was nearly $70 on top of all of the work that we paid for.

Called for appointment on Tues. 2/5/2013. I needed appointment prior to a home inspection being done on Friday 2/8/2013. They were able to accomodate me the very next day on Weds. 2/6, 9:00am. Very pleasant to work with on the phone and in person. The cost was explained and agreed upon after he assessed the work to be done, before he began his work. The job went smooth and met my expectations. Very pleased with repairman (R.M.), the work done and the company itself. Thank You Son in Law Service!

I wanted an over the range microwave for a long time. I scheduled an appointment for the day after I called. Keith and Ryan installed 2 outlets on a separate circuit for the range and microwave quickly and professionally. The microwave was then installed straight out of the box. It looks great! While in the electrical box, they noticed a humming in one of the circuits. They eventually traced it to the fact I had put flourescent bulbs on a dimmer switch. I guess that's a no no. Couldn't be happier with their work. Plan to have them back out for interior doors and having wood floors refinished.

Keith arrived on-time and prepared to quote the job. (He was the only contractor out of 6 we interviewed to bring a pad of paper, pencil and flashlight with him!) He was polite, courteous (taking off his shoes), and listened as I explained our electrical problems. He asked me questions about the work I wanted done and he took time to patiently answer all the questions I had. I was treated as an intelligent person, not a frilly housewife. After we received Keith's quote he was quick to answer additional questions we had and after choosing Son In Law Service, he scheduled the repair quickly.
Keith and his crew of 2 additional electricians worked 7 days, 9 hours+ per day, to complete the job. The whole time they worked they were considerate, taking care to lock our child gate at the basement stairs each time they came up or down, covering carpets and furniture to keep dust minimized, sweeping and vacuuming messes as they finished working in particular areas and taking care to walk and talk quietly while my son was napping. The crew did not smoke, did not curse and they never played loud music. Keith's assistant even offered to help me carry groceries inside! ( I was 8 months pregnant.) Each day after work was wrapped up they made a considerable effort to leave the house liveable and as clean as possible, with as many circuits turned on as possible and they took time to explain progress or any problems they were having.
When the job was finished, Keith and his crew were able to replace 95% of the old wiring in our home, without drilling any holes in walls or ceilings to pull new wire, which was better than we originally expected. The crew patched and re-painted around light switches and outlets so that we didn't have any additional "after-work" do complete. Keith took an hour to walk through the house with us and discuss how the new wiring was laid out and explain some interesting quirks they discovered about the house. A few days after the work was finished, we discovered that a three-way light circuit wasn't working properly. Keith was available to come back the very next day and had it fixed in half an hour. And, he urged us to contact him if we discovered anything else that needed adjustment.
We have had a number of professional repair men working at our home and we have never experienced such qualified, professional service. They actually live up to their slogan - "We'll treat you like family." We plan to use Son In Law Service again for electrical or general household repairs and highly recommend them to others.

Keith and a crew of 4 people came out for a pool inspection and to quote interior paint. Seemed like alot of people to come out for this, but at any rate,They came out inspected the pool, and took all of the information/measurements for quoting wallpaper removal and paint.I was please with the service provided at the time, but never received my pool inspection report, nor did I receive the quotes for the paint job.I am disappointed that I spent so much time walking through the paint needs etc only to leave several messages by phone and email with no return calls. I am also upset that I did not receive the pool inspection report.The team seemed knowledgeable when there, but no follow up at all.

Everything was wonderful. They were a little slow to return my phone call, but the second time I called, the owner-manager called me, and he actually showed up at my home. They did more than what I asked, and charged me a very reasonable price. They actually opened my pool, and got it crystal clear so we could swim in it the next day. I think that they were very thorough. They definitely wanted to do a good job. I think they were very fair. It didn’t seem like a very large business, but a business that is looking to satisfy customers. I was so pleased with them that I am calling them probably today or tomorrow to come back and install a fuse in my living room. I would absolutely recommend them.

I called Keith in order to provide an estimate to run a 220v line for an electric dryer. Based on the positive feedback as well as the estimate, I had him come out to perform the work. I later also discovered when replacing the thermostat that a wire was missing. I mentioned this when he arrived and he offered to take a look at it as well as a secondary furnace and air conditioning unit.
He and his assistant were extremely professional and Keith made several recommendations for improving efficiency of the climate system at the house. I will certainly hire them again in the future for any electrical or HVAC needs at the house. In the end they went above and beyond what I expected when they arrived.

Keith emailed me within 2 hours of my request, came and picked up my antique lamp that needed rewiring, finished it within 5 days, emailed me about when to drop it off--it was great!
