Signature Remodeling LLC

It all started out great they were there every day for the first week and a half then gradually we saw less and less work being done. So our five week job turned into a 14 week job and the quality of work was average. In the beginning we were told that their crew was employees of the company but come to find out the drywall finish,stonework,electrical,heating and cooling, vinyl siding we're all contracted out to other companies. So if you're looking for a high-end remodel or a big job this company is probably not for you. On a positive note the owners were polite and apologetic in the end for their massive run over on their timeframe and the stone work contractor they hired did do a great job on his end.

They did a great job.  I'm very pleased with everything they did.  There was a problem with the hardwood floor and they tore a part of it back up and replaced the problem area with no complaints. They job took longer than I had hoped but the results were worth it.  I would use them again.  Paul and Peter were professional and kept us informed throughout the whole process.

Overall things went well with our kitchen remodel for the part of the job that was completed by Signature remodeling.  Their team showed up and completed all of the prep work required to for the IKEA to be put in. Overall work quality was good with no major problems.  They even coordinated with the IKEA contactors towards the end of the project to confirm everything was in order before they showed up.  The only problem that we had with the project was that all of the materials from the flooring to the backsplash said it was on next day pickup from the suppliers, however when we enquired about each item, they turned out to be backordered.

Its still not done. They lied about permits. They said that they did not need permits for their work. They started work without getting permits. They overcharged me. They tried to charge me for materials that they took back. I responded to their bill with one of my own. I let them know that I would pay their amount when the work passed inspection. The inspector passed the plumbing. The electrical inspector came out the work failed. The owner came out to fix the issue, under the electrician's permit, and the work failed again. I still have a hole in the wall and the electrical work is still not finished. This job started in November of 2013 and should have only taken 2 weeks.
