Description of Work: O NOT USE PPM THEY ARE THUGS, RUDE AND INCOMPETENT! SPARE YOURSELF THE PROBLEMS AND CALL A WELL OPERATING/PROFESSIONAL COMPANY! Firstly, he, his wife and his crew are rude any possess zero integrity. Brian said a week they call me 6 weeks later and set an appointment. They no call no showed three times in a rom after that and when I would call to see if they were eventually coming Brian/his wife were rude, unapologetic and acted like they were doing me a favor. Plainly speaking they're assholes. Brian sent his crew to intimidate my 8 month pregnant wife while holding our 15 month old daughter for a check for $750. This was after I reminded him that our agreement was to invoice my business after completion and my secretary would pay him immediately from a business account. Literally trying to intimidate a pregnant woman holding a toddler. Sickening. His crew is extremely rude. One of them openly urinated in my yard like an animal after I welcomed them all to use our restroom. Anyone that rated this company 5 stars is definitely related to or works for brian dobbs because he has no business sense or decency. To top it all off he told me he had a bad feeling about doing my job after being easy going/flexible the entire time. There was clearly a miscommunication, but I even offered to pay more if he wanted more money that wasn't an issue. Instead they did half the job and left a disaster. Look at all the one star comments before you spend a dime with such a poorly run group of thugs. Fair warning you will regret it!

 + -1 moreBryan's team arrived right on time. I could not have been more pleased with their services. In fact, two of my neighbors also had PPM take down several trees that same day! I would highly recommend PPM to anyone requiring their services.
Description of Work: PPM removed four trees, ground out the stumps, removed all wood and trimmed three other trees

 + -1 moreI never heard from Brian again. I called and left a message on 9/25/13 inquiring if the estimate was done and when I would be receiving the information. I called again on 9/27/13 and had to leave a message. I do not recommend pursuing services with this company, however you may not have to worry as they don't seem to want your business from the beginning.
Description of Work: I contacted PPM on Monday, 9/23/13 to obtain an estimate on trimming one maple tree and potentially removing another. I spoke with a professional lady initially and received a call from Brian about an hour later. He said he was on his way to my house to do the estimate and would be there in 30 minutes.

 + -1 moreI contacted the vendor requesting a quote for the removal of two trees. I spoke with Brian and he confirmed they also did landscaping/paver work. I told him that I'd be interested in a quote for that as well. Since I needed a quote for two services he said he would be out himself. The appointment was made for 05/06/13 -no call no show. I called Brian again and he said he would send his guy out on 05/07/13. He apparently decided he didn't to come out himself. Well, 05/07/13 I waited and waited. No vendor. I called Brian again and he said he needed to call his service guy and would call me back. I never heard back from anyone and will definitely NOT recommend this vendor. If a vendor can't offer the courtesy of a follow up and/or return phone call then that speaks volumes of their work ethic.
Description of Work: Vendor was not awarded the job. He failed to show up for the appointments and did not offer the courtesy of a return phone call.
