They were very personable and professional. The dog looked lovely BUT they were far more expensive then what I have paid in the past and this is my fourth collie.

I came to pick my dog up (earlier than when I said), and they had locked her in the bathroom instead of putting her in a room or a kennel. She tries to drink out of the toilet when she gets the chance, and their toilet was left open. I don't want to think of my dog drinking out of that. I don't know what chemicals they clean with or who uses the bathroom, either way it is nasty. They are very fortunate that she didn't get into the open box of sanitary products left out on the toilet tank. She usually eats everything. She laid down by the toilet. Totally disgusting and unacceptable. I was in shock so I just paid and left. Will never, ever go back.

Alyssa and Nick are amazing. I will never take my fur babies anywhere else. Not only is their pricing great but they are efficient and prompt. It's not a drop off and pick up your pet hours later sort of place. They go out of their way to make sure pets are not traumatized by being in a strange place with other animals for long lengths of time. I appreciate this so much. I refer anyone in the Canton area to try them. I love them and how they love my babes.

After finding Paws Grooming Salon on Angie's list, I decided to give them a try. I called to schedule an appointment for our 5 yr old Shih Tzu and they happened to have a cancellation that morning - what luck! I took the dog in and met Valerie who was very pleasant. She asked about the services we wanted and seemed genuinely enthusiastic about caring for the dog. I was also pleasantly surprise when she said it would be about an 1.5 hours for the appoint as they groom straight through. At other groomers we've used the appointments have been 3-5 hours. Upon return to pick up the dog, Nick greeted me and told me it would just be a couple more minutes. Duchess came out looking beautiful and was so happy! The grooming was wonderful!! Also I was very impressed with their 'front of the house' appearance. We will definitely be going back :-)

It was our first visit to and quot;Pawsand quot; with our 13-year-old Bichon Frise and our 5-year-old Shih Tzu. I explained their idiosyncrasies and sensitivities and the woman (I'm sorry I don't know her name) was pleasant, responsive, and assured me that our precious pups would be well cared for. She was right! They were trimmed exactly as I'd asked and neither of them were itchy or irritated as has happened after appointments with other groomers.
We've had just the one visit, but I'll definitely be going back.

I have been taking my pets here since they opened. Alyssa and Nick are fabulous with my 2 pugs and chihuahua. My pets are treated like they are their own and the owners know my dogs almost as well as I do. It feels like visiting a friend when we go in for our appointment. They have become very busy so appointments are a must but I have never had an issue getting my dogs in every 5-6 weeks. (I always pre-book for my next appointment when I drop off) Unlike other groomers I've used, Paws doesn't keep your pets for hours upon hours. They understand that being outside of a pets home environment is stressful and that having many pets in ther studio is an uncomfortable situation for a pet. Even though I have 3 dogs that get washed (literally front to back), nails trimmed and dried, they are typically ready for pick up within an hour! Now that's service! Added bonus: my dogs are always sporting a seasonally appropriate bandana upon their return. It's great to have a local business that delivers superior service and fair prices!

Good experience, large nervous dog was groomed, owners worked quickly so that dog was not away from home too long, did good work and were very gentle. Best dog grooming experience we have had.
