Aaron showed up on time for estimate apt. Gave a fair price for the work. Started job on time. was professional and was willing to rework a couple of spots that I thought needed more help and didn't ask for more money at the end of the job. The floors look great!

Aaron, the installer was on time, professional and did a great job! He was very knowledgeable about wood floors and what he does, and was very reasonably priced. He also cleaned up when he was done, which was great.

The job was done beautifully we were very satisfied with the job and outcomes at the time.When winter came the floors started buckling and started to gap. He does not back up his work.  No calls, emails or anything. 

The guys showed up when they were supposed to and finished in a timely manner. I highly recommend them, I wouldn't use anyone else.

They turned out beautiful!   I couldn't be happier with the results.   These guys were punctual, professional, trustworthy and a pleasure to do business with.   They really took great measures to protect everything in our home, covered areas in plastic to prevent exposure to fine dust particles.   This was very important to us.   I cannot say enough positive things about these guys.  You can see that they are very skilled in what they do having learned from their dad and grandfather in the business their entire life.   They take great pride in what they do and I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

My experience with Kelm Floor was excellent. Aaron Kelm the owner came to our home to provide a quote regarding our hardwood floors. The job was a refinishing, sanding, staining, and polyurethane on the existing floors. He was punctual and polite during our appoitnment. Mr. Kelm explained the entire process of the job to be done and any questions we had were answered. The quote he provided was competitive with the market and fair. When the work on the floors started he was on time every day and kept us up to date regarding the progress of the job. He was easy to work with and our floors look phenomenal. I would recommend this company to others and will call him when we are ready for future work.
