Kitchen and Bathroom Remodel
The installers came on February 16. It is now March 21 and the job still isn't finished. The bathroom counter was too small. Backsplashes were the wrong size. Home Depot keeps blaming the installer who has been unresponsive, but Home Depot sells the product and their name is on the invoice. The installer United, lies to its customers and to Home Depot and Home Depot has taken no responsibility in this. I would avoid using them completely.

NICE IN THE STORE, BUT TERRIBLE WITH INSTALLATION. HE WAS SUPPOSE TO COME AT 7:00 AM, BUT DIDN'T GET THERE UNTIL 4:00 PM, AND LEFT AT 1 AM.

Prompt, friendly workers, had to return to follow through on old appliance removal because the truck was too full, but Home Depot called me and the pick up happened within 72 hours.

THEY INSTALLED HALF THE CABINETS AND IT TOOK THEM TWO MONTHS TO RETURN AND COMPLETE THE JOB. THE CABINETS ARE NOT A YEAR OLD AND ONE OF THE SIDE PANELS IS COMING UNGLUED. I AM VERY SURPRISED WITH HOW POORLY THEY DID THE JOB.

THEY WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL. THE WORK THAT THEY DID WAS VERY GOOD. THEY ALWAYS CLEANED UP AFTER THEMSELVES. THEY DID A VERY NEAT JOB. I HAVE NO PROBLEMS WITH THEM.
