He was really good. Showed up on time, reasonable prices. Neat and clean with his work.

Each time it was a great experience. Gary was able to give a price over the phone and there were no surprises. He was very punctual and worked around our schedule. There was one minor setback which was handled promptly by Gary with complete professionalism. I would and have recommended Gary to friends and family.

Everything went great. I called Gary to have a dishwasher installed after first trying to do it myself (huge mistake). He was out the next day and it took a couple of hours. He quoted the job before starting and the price didn't change, even after some minor set backs. Gary is easy to deal with and very professional. If every contractor was like Gary, and his crew, we wouldn't need services like this.

Very professional and I felt very comfortable letting him work without watching him.

It could not have gone any better, (with the exception of my old hot water tank living out a longer life).

As a total "weekend warrior", I started dismantling an old 70's "bar" in the family room and 1/2 way through, found I was unable to finish the job myself. Gary came out and finished capping a pipe that was hard to reach and refitted a drain pipe back behind the wall for me.  He responded promptly to my call (came out next afternoon), showed up exactly when promised, and finished up in under 90 minutes. Big plus: did not make me feel foolish for attempting the job myself.  Not much of a talker, but for a hundred bucks, who needs chit chat.  I have recommended him several times to people asking for referrals. Wouldn't hesitate to call him again.

They responded to our call and showed up immediately. Unfortunately we could not reproduce the problem (we were hearing flushing sounds through the pipelines). He checked thoroughly, asked us to call back if the problem recurs. Did not charge. Said "he did not perform any real service to charge".

Gary responded quickly to my request for a quote and offered a fair price the work I wanted done.  We agreed on a time for him to come out and do the job and he was right on time.  He was courteous, professional, and informative.  I was very happy with his work and would hire him again.
