About 5-6 weeks into the cutting season Fogarty told me I would have to pay $45 per cut or they would drop me mid-season. They said they were spending too much time trimming. With no other recourse I agreed to do the trimming to keep the price at $35 per cut. 5 weeks later they were at my door telling my daughter and wife (2 occasions) that the lawn was too tall. My wife already upset that I was doing 20% of their work told them that grass grows and their job was to cut it. That night they again said they were dropping me mid season. I assume the tall grass could have been solved for $45 per cut. If you use them demand a quote in writing and a season long agreement so you will not be held hostage like I was.

"[Member Name Removed], I'm sorry we couldn't see eye to eye on this, customer satisfaction is very important to me and my intent was to only to make your lawn look better. Fogarty Lawn Care does not offer contracts. We stand by our work and there is no need For a contract. Lawn ornaments were added after we gave our quote, which added more time to the job. Due to the extra time for trimming around these new obstacles we would need to raise the price. When he was unhappy with the price, I reached out to another lawn company to ensure they had availability and then referred [Member Name Removed] to them. [Member Name Removed] offered to trim around these obstacles and keep the same price, instead of switching companies (his idea) and I agreed. I have multiple emails with [Member Name Removed] saying things are working out perfect. He thought we did a great job and wanted us to continue to cut his lawn. When we met, it was pouring rain. I did not walk the entire yard, I peeked out of the garage, this was my mistake. Fogarty Lawn Care offers personalized lawn care. We often talk to customers to make sure things are working out good and they are happy. [Member Name Removed]'s yard was 6"-7" each week. We cut it at 3.5". I knocked on the door to discuss other options (bagging, higher cut height). We were cutting so much grass off at a time and didn't want to leave clippings everywhere. His wife answered the door and was condescending and degrading to me. The way I was treated led to me no longer wanting to servicing their lawn."

Couldn't be better. This is not the kind of company that rushes to get to the next job. This is the company that cares for your lawn like you would. Very professional and the electronic invoice/payment tools are very convenient.

I used Fogarty Lawn Care all of last year for my lawn maintenance. They always cut on the same day and notify my of any changes. They do an amazing job. I would definitely recommend!
