Dynamic Pools repaired a difficult  leak .

There was water leaking out the back-side of the skimmer, which neither myself or another company was able to repair (after many tries...).  Dynamic Pools thought to use a dye to find the leak, and discovered that it was not leaking around the skimmer.  Instead, it was leaking through a pinhole about a foot away from the skimmer, then the water was making it's way between the vinyl and the pool wall to the skimmer.

Compared to the other company, Dynamic Pools knew what they were doing, and charged a reasonable price.

Dynamic did a great job. The pool had been closed in the fall of 2009 and never opened for the summer, so we had Dynamic come out to take a look. They were on time and provided an honest assessment of the condition of the pool, which was about what we expected. We had ordered a "full" pool closing which meant they did everything from vacuuming to draining the water to adding chemicals to putting the cover back on. We ended up paying a little extra for 15 extra minutes of vacuum time (I believe 30 are included in the base price) as the pool was pretty bad having sat dormant for a while. Dynamic showed up on time and the two gentlemen who serviced the pool seemed to know what they were doing. I had no complaints. The difference in the pool condition was apparent immediately and we felt very good with the work done. We will definitely call Dynamic in the spring to open the pool and probably continue to use them in the fall to close the pool (though we might go with their "partial" closing package as once the pool is up and running there are things we will likely do ourselves).

We so glad that we contacted Dynamic for our pool closing this year. After more than 15 years of bad to horrible experiences with different pool companies, we were completely satisfied with Dynamic from start to finish. They were completely reliable, professional, and reliable. It started with a polite and professional initial phone contact, followed by a contract mailed to us stipulating exactly what to expect during the job, then prompt appearance to complete the job, and thorough and professional behavior during the job. They even called us the day after the job was completed to make sure that we were satisfied.

I called on a Monday and left a message explaining what I needed. I did not hear back for a week, so I called again and talked to someone live. They set up an appointment for the following week, the guy showed up exactly when he said he would. Charge was by the half hour, and he moved reasonably quickly through the lesson. He tested my water and showed me how to put in chemicals. He was definitely trying to sell me equipment and chemicals the whole time "You will need to use bromide tablets each week; I have a can in my truck if you want for $18.99". It wasn't too hard a sell though, and I did buy several chemicals from him. Charge for his time was high, I thought (can't remember exact amount - maybe $80/hour?). He clearly knew what he was doing though, and answered all my questions.

I would recommend them. There are not many good pool companies in the area. They are one of the few companies I have had good experiences with. I have been the pool owner for the last 7 years. I have used 4 to 5 companies and mostly been disappointed with them in one way or the other except for the Dynamics. They are pricier than everybody else but they are always thorough and they always do a good job. They mostly get it right every time. In a climate like this a lot of pool companies are fly-by-night operators so they hire labors seasonally. We will use only Dynamics in the future as we have learnt our lessons. They are very consistent and knowledgeable. The people they hire are year round people and somehow they keep them busy so they have some kind of investment in being employees.

Tony from Dynamic Pools came out the next day and did a thorough walk-around of the pool and filter. He provided me with a comprehensive written quote and the price to do the work. Tony, Dave and John did an excellent job of cleaning the pool and filter and made sure I completely understood the instructions on how to add chlorine and other chemicals to keep the pool water sanitary. John connected the vacuum hose and actually vacuumed the entire pool for me. I couldn't have been happier with their service!
