Very good smooth process

A-1. George (owner) met at the house to measure, met us at the tile store to select tile, worked with other contractors for scheduling, and kept us informed right up to installation. His installers showed up at 7:30am sharp as promised and completed the work 1 day ahead of schedule. George visited the site and followed up with a personal visit and inspection with us. They left and there was no trace they were even there except the new floor. A great experience, strongly recommended.

I called several companies on Angie?s List looking for someone to tile the floor and shower of a small ¾ bathroom on our main floor. Each company told me that they had much bigger jobs and refused to come to our house for an estimate. George at Dominos Tile called me back, came to the house (exactly when he said he would), and I had an estimate a couple days later. George?s guys, Glenn and Dennis, showed up at 8 am on the dot each day and went straight to work. George originally told me the work would take 3 days to demo and remodel; they completed it in two days. I have to admit, it?s a small bathroom and I thought ?well we?ll take everything out, put new tile down, new vanity, and a fresh coat of paint? ? no big deal, it's just a small bathroom. Glenn and Dennis went above and beyond anything I could ever imagine. I?ve never had contractors come to my house and were so professional and did more then what was asked of them. Hence why I?m writing this review. I?m so jealous that my husband?s small bathroom looks so great compared to the large upstairs bathroom my daughter and I share. Even though Dominos Tile had much bigger jobs, they NEVER made me feel like this was too small of a job or that it was beneath them to do this bathroom. We are looking to remodel our fireplace and upstairs bathroom in the year and we will definitely be calling George and his team to complete the work. THANK YOU George, Glenn, and Dennis for your hard work. Our bathroom looks AMAZING!!
