Description of Work: The window sill replacement was well done by carpenter Tim.The deal was established last November, then delayed by weather conditions into the spring, then delayed further when the company apparently got busy with more lucrative larger projects. Too many phone calls back and forth trying to arrange things and resisting sales pressure to spend more for complete window replacement. This wasn't the workers fault. Tim did a good job.

Description of Work: I call them on Monday with a detail explanation. They said they were interested and someone would call me. No call. I called back on Friday. A representative said he would be by after work on Saturday because he lived in my neighborhood. No one showed up. I called again the next week and still no return call. I had two jobs. One was a kitchen remodel and the second was a new front porch. No one called me back

Description of Work: They repaired the leak in my roof. Inspected the entire roof and replaced nails where needed and ensured that things are water tight. They gave me piece of mind that my roof should last several more years.

Description of Work: I thought I had a leak in my roof and needed new roofing. I called numerous companies that came out and told me I needed a new roof and gave estimates. This is onw of 2 companies that was honest enough to tell me that my roof was not leaking. The damage to the garage ceiling was from a previous leak that happened before we bought the house.

Description of Work: Refund request is based on a discrepancy that was not the fault of the service provider, who showed up very quickly after calling and provided a professional estimate for roof repair work. Either I misread the original wording for the "big deal" or it was described differently in two places (which is how the service provider described it -- said he was in contact with Angie's list about a discrepancy), but the coupon was good for a roof inspection of hail damage. Since we have not had any hail in my area for many years, I simply didn't need this inspection.

Description of Work: John Sarnecky of Canton Construction Corp was very responsive. I bought the coupon on Sunday and called his office on Monday AM. He was out to the house within hours to look at our roof. He inspected the roof and gutters and told my husband that we had significant hail damage and that we should place a claim with our insurance company rather than have to pay for a new roof. He stated that once we heard from the adjuster, to give him the adjuster's name and phone number, so that they could look at things and discuss together. He told me to call Angie's List and to have our money for the roof coupon refunded.

Description of Work: They arrived promptly and not only repaired the leaks which I had noted to them previously, but also checked the whole roof (not very large admittedly) and found and repaired a couple more suspect patched. They finished by re-caulking around my chimney. They were very pleasant and gave me feedback on the overall state of the roof and the expected lifespan (very helpful). I'd definitely have them again.

Description of Work: These guys were quick, friendly and so helpful. They fixed a leak that I have been trying to get other people to fix for months, without trying to get more money out of me. Most people wanted to tear the whole roof off and charge thousands of dollars. I'm so thankful that these guys were able to help me.

Description of Work: Roof need replacing due to age and storm damage. They removed the old double layered roof and replaced it with a new 50 year new roof They came out when they said they would and finished on time. Canton Construction cleaned up everything and removed it timely. Would use again and would recommend them to everyone.
