ABC WAREHOUSE

It went Good.

... 4 months later, the washer machine wouldn't drain. I called Bosch for warranty service. They came out and said that Bosch requires that their own hose be installed with the sensitive machine. Both ABC Warehouse and their authorized installer neglected to mention this detail or to perform this work. I am very upset because I had to spent the Bosch authorized service another $183 to  buy an extension kit and to install the Bosch hose. That hose did the trick, the machine drains, it isn't the pump that gave up after 4 months (as we initially suspected).
My impression of ABC Warehouse:Their prices are the lowest. They don't know what they are doing. Because of that, I've spent an extra $183 on a dishwasher and I had to take time off work twice. Lesson learned.

We purchased several new appliances from ABC Warehouse as part of a kitchen upgrade. To be fair, their prices were good, and they offered to beat any price from anywhere - and they delivered on that promise. I don't really like their store - it feels a little slimy - but we made a conscious decision to buy from a Michigan based company. When the dishwasher - a high-end Kitchenaid unit - began to leak after 4 months, the problems began. They sent their service contractor - Kenwhirl - out to fix the unit. The technician identified the problem as a defective pump unit (it is all self contained), and replaced the unit. He turned on the unit for about 5 minutes, announced that it wasn't leaking, and left. When we ran the unit through the first full cycle, it leaked in the rinse cycle. Kenwhirl came out and serviced the unit - again, replacing the pump. Same exact story. They came out a third time (actually fourth, since the first time they only inspected the unit), found that they had left connectors loose, tightened them, and left. Same problem - leaking during the rinse cycle. Since then, I have talked to the store manager, the regional manager, the corporate offices, and the service line people - and submitted 7 online complaints through their system. No one has called back. I would absolutely avoid ABC Warehouse. Despite the low prices, that is only part of the whole transaction. Service is terrible.

I THOUGHT THE QUALITY OF THE WORK THAT THEY DID WAS EXCELLENT. MY ONLY COMPLAINT IS THAT THEY TOLD ME THEY WOULD BE HERE SOMETIME ON SATURDAY. I MISSED AN ENTIRE DAY OF WORK FOR THE REPAIR MEN TO BE ABLE TO ACCESS MY REFRIGERATOR.
