Inappropriately colored windows and frames for the Historic District.  Would not recommend this business for historical restoration without extremely close supervision of all aspects of the project.
Make sure that all aspects of the project (materials, costs, colors, etc.) are documented on paper or by return email as this business will "forget"  verbal instructions.
This business has a disrespectful attitude toward women.  They do not take instruction well from women and certainly do not take corrections or complaints from women.
It is too early to judge the quality of their work or materials as we haven't gone through a full year of weather changes yet.

Showed up three months after contract was signed.I had to call them and remind them.  Needed 1/2 upfront money. sent workers on a Friday and they couldn't wait to leave. Installed gutters adequately but the door hardware!!! yikes! awful. ruined my door. dead bolt wouldn't work, literally chewed the brass plate indents, no tools or skills to do it correctly. Boss said he'd send a competent carpenter  to fix it and the SAME guys showed up that ruined it in the first place and didn't have a clue how to repair it. Used wood putty instead of wood filler and I did the repair. then the boss calls the next morning and demanded payment. Said we had an agreement to pay his workers after the job was 'fixed'. Yah, well, he said he was sending a compentent carpenter and the job would be perfect and wouldn't be able to tell where the door was messed up. I sent him the money the same day. I cannot give a positive review. How they stay in business is amazing to me.
