We had a very good experience with Doug Loven Construction. I'd left a message for Mr. Loven that I was looking for roof snow removal and he returned the call promptly. He was busy, but passed by the house anyway that day to check out the volume of snow on the roof. He called back with an estimate and I asked if he'd do it the next day before the blizzard was scheduled to hit. He promised to try to get there after he completed his other jobs. The next day he arrived exactly as he predicted, did a quality job efficiently and effectively. Well done! No one was home when he finished, so he sent us the invoice a few days later and said it would be fine to just mail the payment at our convenience. Great experience.

Doug and his 4 man crew were extremely good workers. They were fast and efficient. They seemed to care about the work. They showed up when they said they would be there and worked quickly to complete the job. I'm very happy with the completed project.

Measurements were taken to install the ramp to the existing deck and made to code which made it fit to the surrounding area. It was made to the specs exactly and made very quickly. The job was done very quickly for the amount of time that was given and met with all of our needs to get my husband to his doctors appointments as needed and was a complete God send, I was very pleased with the quality of the job and his timeliness in it's completion

They built the porch alright, but I specified that I wanted another bench to be put on the porch and it was never built. he said it was not written down.he was the one that did not write it down! obviiosly i did not make him do it..
