Owner was friendly enough before and during the service, but standards for quality were not established nor applied. The finished concrete surface was uneven, and because there was no stone bed laid, no structural joints put in, and no rebar reinforcement over a lengthy patio area, it cracked in two places within just a couple of days. The contractor had plenty of excuses for the problems, but excuses merely leave customers unhappy, leading to negative online reviews.
I wish I had been a member here in advance of hiring this contractor. Now I see there are plenty of other contractors available for concrete and similar services, and we won't be using this one again.
