It was an after hours call, so its a little more expensive. They were very responsive. They were here within an half an hour.Quality was really good. He not only fixed the problem, he cleaning the A/C unit, and fixing the capacitor that was broken. He did a good job.

What a great Job! My old, old furnace burned out (I am lucky I had a CO detector!). They came out and quoted and installed a great new Ruud furnace the same day. Very professional job and it works great. The workers were friendly and knowledgeable. I thought the price was very reasonable.

They had great service. Very neat, clean and everything they said they stuck to.

It was raining that day but he came out and fixed it and it went well. He was a very nice guy.

Gave Frontier a call the day our furnace quit working.  They were able to get a tech out to our home at 7am the next day.  The tech examined the problem areas and provided the different options. Not wanting to invest a large amount for parts on a old furnace, we opted for the installation of a new two stage high efficiency.  They were able to rework the schedule a little and allowed our install to happen on the same day - which made things a lot easier, and warmer for our kids.  Great service all around.  They had tarps down on the carpet and cleaned up the work space after the install was done.  Quality install work and products.  Will be using them again for future needs. 

The technicians were professional, and punctual.  They explained the details of the furnace, and answered any questions I had. Great work!

We had a totally new heating and A/C system installed by Penning Plumbing 15 months ago.  It stopped cooling at the beginning of the current heat wave (7/16/2013) and when I called Penning they told me it would be six days before they could get out to us, in spite of the service plan I was paying them for that promised us "priority service."
Frontier was the first company I called after Penning.  What with the heat wave I was afraid that everyone would be totally booked but, to my surprise, not so. The guy I talked to at Frontier said that they were slammed as well, but they were re-prioritizing work, pulling some guys off their non-critical commercial jobs to get help out to customers in trouble. They didn't know me from Adam, I certainly didn't have a special service plan with them, but the guy I talked to promised me that they'd be at my house within 4 hours or less and they'd call me if that estimate changed. Their tech was knocking on my door 2 1/2 hours later.
The tech diagnosed the problem, gave me an estimate for the 4-5 hour job it was gonna take to fix things and went right to work when I okay-ed that. Five hours later there was cold air coming out of our vents.  And the job came in $50 under the estimate.
I'm so grateful for Frontier's rapid response that they've got me as a loyal customer from here on out.  I've cancelled my service contract with the other guys and I'll be talking to Frontier about their plan ASAP.

They were very good.  No one ever likes to pay for anything but they were good. Hopefully I won't have to use them again but I probably would use them again if I needed them. 

I would recommend Frontier Heating and Cooling LLC. I was very pleased with them. I called them in the morning and they came out that day. It was a hot day, so I was surprised that they were able to come out the same day. They replaced the capacitor on the air conditioner and its been working just fine since. Their prices are average. I would use them again in the future.

His prices were very reasonable.  He has a great personality.  He cares about his customers.

I was pretty pleased with their service. The price was $2800. I don’t have anything bad to say about them. They did the job before the end of the year; so I was able to take the tax rebate too. It was a pretty good service. The furnace and all the arrangement was through another store. The quality of their work was pretty good. I don’t have any complaints. They were very responsive and they came when they said. They were professional too. I would probably use them again.

I think it went fine but I was not there when they did the actual work. I think their price was a little high but I will use them again in the future.

It went well. They were fair and we were happy with them. We had used them for repair work before and we were happy so we went back to them. We haven't had any problems.

It went very well and I have no complaints. They work with Home Depot which enabled me to finance the work over a period of 12 months which really helped.

This company was prompt, reliable, professionable and courtious. I would highly recomend them and will use them again.

Frontier explained to me all of my options and helped me decide what was the best option for my home considering my family and budget as well. The installation was very easy and they really did a great job of cleaning up after themselves. My dog even got a treat. I am very happy to refer them to anyone who is considering replacing their heating or air conditioning unit.
